We receive collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.   We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device.   In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; computer and connection information. We use analytics (google) tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); comments, feedbacks, product reviews, recommendations, personal profile, and payment/billing details.

When you type in your information into our contact forms, payment forms, via e-mail, via help/chat window, or any other means of submitting personal data we collect personal information you give us such as your name, email address and payment details. We assume that you agree to the collection of your personal information and that it will be used for the specific reasons stated.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. They provide us with the online platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix and used by Flora and Wick adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.  PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and its service providers.

How you can access and update your information

 

You are able to update personal information, such as name, email, address and payment details via your account page on our website [log in].  However, if you wish to change some information which is not able to be edited via our secure account page, which is only accessible by you, you can contact us.

 

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. Please contact us.

 

How long to we retain your information?

 

Your name, address, contact details and payment details (these will not be displayed on our website and is for contact and payment purposes only), comments, feedbacks, reviews, and recommendations may be stored indefinitely for display purposes on our website unless you contact us or use the member account page.

 

How you will be able to withdraw your consent


If you do not want us to process your data anymore, please contact us. If at any time you confirm that you do not wish us to process your data, your details will be removed within 2 weeks.

 

Who has access to your information

 

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
 

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send you mailings).

Flora and Wick uses cookies for analytics and to display content.  Please note Third Parties, such as Google Analytics, Wix, and applications from the Wix app market may utilise cookies and other tracking technologies.  They will have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information which are not covered by the Flora and Wick Privacy Policy.

 

We also use third party tracking tools to improve the performance and features of our Website. These third-party tracking tools are designed to collect only Non-Personal Information about your use of our Website. However, you understand that such tools are created and managed by parties outside our control. As such, we are not responsible for what information is actually captured by such third parties or how such third parties use and protect that information.
